Hello! I’m Val Duarte.

I’m a social impact program and project professional with over 7 years of experience spanning non-profit, private, creative and academic sectors. I’ve designed and managed programs end-to-end, building systems, measuring impact, and mobilizing knowledge, particularly in support of marginalized voices, BIPOC communities, immigrants, and refugees.

I thrive at the intersection of program design, evaluation, and collaboration. Since 2020, I’ve contributed to projects/partnerships securing, monitoring and reporting on over $500K from public funding.

Whether leading research, designing learning programs, or facilitating workshops, I champion feminist leadership, anti-oppression practices, and creativity as a catalyst for equity, belonging, and systems change.
