Hello! I’m Val Duarte.

I’m a strategy consultant, researcher, and facilitator working at the intersection of creativity, communications, and social impact. I help people and organizations make sense of complex ideas, uncover useful insights, and turn them into clear strategies, stories, and action.

My work often starts with a lot of information: research, conversations, competing priorities, half-formed ideas. I zoom out, find the through-line, and organize it into something people can understand and use.

With 8+ years across higher education, the arts, nonprofits, and consulting, I’ve led research and strategy projects, facilitated workshops and leadership experiences, and translated complex work into accessible narratives, tools, and decisions.
